Update

So, start of the year is, well, off to a not-so-good start.

Talented and wonderful employees are leaving the department. People in the office are getting sick (which one could blame at the flu season). Work is becoming more difficult. If there's any consolation, I would say that I'm gonna be okay because I have at least two backup plans (whatever happens, I have an idea of what to do next).
